The above act was introduced to improve the Health,
Safety and Welfare of those working in the Construction
industry and all those affected by those working
in the industry. Generally direct contracts with
Residential Clients/ Homeowners are Exempt from
the act. However we, at IAL like to follow best
practice and closely follow the principals of
the act, on all our projects. |
